“In alle hectiek van alle dag heb ik gisteren niet formeel afscheid van je kunnen nemen. Het eindresultaat heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen, er zijn heel veel complimenten uitgedeeld door ouders en leerlingen. Heel erg bedankt voor je inzet en ik ben blij dat ik grotendeels vanaf de zijlijn heb mogen meewerken aan dit project. Ik ben er erg trots op!“

“In 2007 Wim organized a painting-workshop for my team at a very nice restaurant in Bakkum (Castricum NH). Wim’s painting-workshop was well prepared and organized and Wim had a good interaction with the members of the team. He inspired them and as a result everybody gave his/her best. In a short-time everybody made 2 paintings which were joined in a very-nice and colourful team-tableau which know is one of the eye catchers of the department. The workshop enabled the team to discover their creative capacities.
In the end Wim made us work hard but it was fun.”

“I attended one of Wim's painting workshops.
He makes you believe you can really be creative and able to make a nice painting.
The result at the end of the workshop will show you that he is true!”

”Join a workshop by Wim de Goede, enjoy the creative process (yours and the group process) and be happily ever after with your own result.
Enrich your life; believe you can really be an artist, following the simple directions given in his workshop.
I joined a workshop at location. In a few minutes the boardroom was transferred in a painting atelier, our business outfits were covered with skirts, and we were all placed behind our own painter’s easels.
Wim had ordered some fruits and bottles at a podium and our first assignment was to make a composition in charcoal. Wim easily convinced me to use lots of paper here, before being satisfied with my composition. The second phase was: “See the light”. With the charcoal we had to darken the shadow-spots, using lots of charcoal where there is no light and a bit where there is little light. So you had to leave the light spots untouched.
Then we took a break. After the break we had to make a painting using the charcoal composition and only three colors, plus white, acryl-paint. “Use the yellow for light, the blue for dark and the red for middle-light-spots.” This is getting really crazy, I thought, so, time - and result driven, I just started.
Sometimes Wim passed and said things like: “Stay with the total picture /…don’t lose yourself in a detail / ….what a beautiful color you’ve made /..use this color on several areas ../.. make this empty background more interesting… “. And then, within 2 hours my painting was done.
It was good. It still is good.
It’s a part of my interior and gives me a joyful memory every day.”
